Like many of you, we have been closely watching how the COVID-19 outbreak has been evolving, and we are responding rapidly – making decisions about our business operations and keeping the health and safety of our customers, colleagues and their communities as our top priority. As the World Health Organisation has declared the coronavirus a pandemic and President Cyril Ramaphosa declared it a national disaster, we are working tirelessly to ensure that we support all reasonable measures to contain the spread of COVID-19 while minimising disruption to our operations and service levels.
What we are Doing:
Our customer safety is our main priority and we are being pro-active in all our measures with regards to sanitising the premises.
All go-karts, helmets and work surfaces/areas are sanitised throughout the day.
Alcohol based hand sanitiser available at all times for customer use.
All drivers to sanitise hands before and after driving. Steering wheels are sanitised before and after every drive.
Hair nets remain compulsory as in the past. Helmets are sanitised before and after every use, however, customers are welcome to bring their own protective headgear or opt to refrain from wearing our helmets, but entirely at their OWN risk.
All our staff members have been briefed with regards to the virus and are checked daily for flu-like symptoms.
If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms or have been out of the country in the last 4 weeks, please self-isolate and refrain from any public contact.
